The Marco BRU is a stylish contemporay pour and serve coffee machine with its unique looks it will certainly add to the ambience of any establishment. It has a manual fill water tank and a standard UK plug allowing you to position almost anywhere. Its ideal for outlets such as coffee shops, canteens, conference, offices and business locations or any location where a high grade of filter coffee is required.
The BRU has been awarded the Gold Cup stamp of approval from the Speciality Coffee Association of Europe (SCAE) The BRU with its flash boiler for improved water flow also has a patent pending brewing system and sprayhead configuration. This combination gives excellent water temperature stability which is needed to give the satisfactory extraction of solids from the coffee.
